Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Focus on ideas, filming, photography and editing.
• Deliver 5–7 fully edited Reels / TikToks minimum per week.
• Deliver 5 professionally edited photos minimum per week.
• Create original content ideas, prepared and ready for approval.
• Organise raw footage and project files, plus B-roll for our content library.
• Some content will be polished and cinematic; some staff/ customer content/ trends/ behind-the-scenes; know which style works.
• What you'll create includes food and drink content, coffee and matcha, new product launches, seasonal campaigns, staff-led and customer content, behind-the-scenes, trending concepts, product photography, café atmosphere, events and collaborations.
• Work with on-site filming 4 hours per day on two days per week (flexible); editing/planning/trend research can be done remotely; ensure weekly content is delivered on time and to standard.
• Occasional extra filming for launches or events would be agreed in advance.

Requirements

• Genuine understanding of TikTok and Instagram, and current trends
• Confident filming and editing short-form video
• A strong creative eye — framing, composition, lighting
• Ability to generate your own ideas rather than waiting to be briefed
• Understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, music and captions
• Comfortable directing people on camera and interacting with staff and customers
• Knows how to make food and drink look great
• Reliable, meets deadlines, takes feedback well
• Portfolio matters more than CV
• Experience with a DSLR or mirrorless camera is highly desirable

Preferred

• Drone experience is a bonus
• Hospitality, food or lifestyle brand experience is an advantage but not required
• Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or Lightroom is desirable
