Responsibilities

• Create engaging photo, video and written content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant social media platforms
• Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of the vineyard, wines, tours, events and day-to-day activities
• Create engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories and other short-form video content
• Develop creative content ideas that showcase the vineyard's personality, products and experiences
• Write engaging captions and social media copy that reflects the brand's tone of voice
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to create relevant and engaging content
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages and help build an active online community
• Promote vineyard tours, tastings, events, seasonal activities and wine sales through social media

Requirements

• Social Media / Content Creation: 1 year (preferred)
• Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
• Hospitality or Tourism: 1 year (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Creative with a strong eye for photography, video and visual presentation
• Confident creating short-form video content, including Reels and TikToks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of social media trends and what makes content engaging
• Organised with the ability to plan content and manage deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Preferred

• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights is desirable
• Experience using Canva, CapCut or similar content creation tools is desirable
• Previous experience in social media, marketing or content creation is desirable but not essential if you can demonstrate creativity and a strong portfolio
