Job Summary

Own the end to end social content pipeline for health and beauty, turning briefs into on brand assets from shoots to posts that engage Boots UK audiences across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

  • Content Production: Create social first video, photo, copy and design assets and translate briefs into campaign-ready content.
  • Publishing & Ops: Schedule and publish across @BootsUK channels, manage stock and product tagging, and support influencer activity.
  • Insights & Trend Adaptation: Monitor industry trends and influencer moves to inform content ideas and briefs for the team.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop social-first assets across video, photography, copy, and design for Boots UK channels.
  • Publishing & Scheduling: Lead weekly publishing across @BootsUK on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, including stock checks and product tagging.
  • Trends & Strategy: Monitor beauty/healthcare social trends and translate insights into content ideas and briefs for the team.
  • Attend shoots, events and other brand activities to capture new and creative content.
  • Collaborate on briefs from the wider social and content team and follow deadlines with creative input.
  • Support influencer tasks and stay current with industry developments to feed content plans.
  • Keep internal stock levels and content shoots organized, including Canva-based content creation.
  • Assist with compiling documents and presentations to show social and content plans to the business.
  • Provide admin support to the social media and content team as needed.
  • Be flexible with working hours and travel for events as required.
