Responsibilities\n- Content Creation A confident creative you will be handson, ideating, filming, shooting and editing to create social-first content in-house to share across multiple platforms.\n- Social Media Management you will be responsible for running our UK social channels day-to-day, creating and scheduling posts, sharing UGC, responding to queries and comments and engaging with our suppliers.\n- Social Planning Build and maintain content calendars aligned to campaigns, priorities and key moments. Publishing on-brand social content to ensure we have a steady pipeline of high-quality content that supports brand awareness and drives customers into stores.\n- Performance & Reporting A solid understanding of performance metrics and content optimisation you will report monthly on organic activity in a simple and insightful way, using insights to make recommendations for content improvements and future social strategies.\n- Community Management You will nurture relationships with creators to build engaged communities through active, authentic social interaction. You will manage our google reviews, escalating any issues to the relevant teams and sharing positive feedback.
