Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of our content strategy and our community.
• Own a diverse spectrum of responsibilities: from creating in-house content that drives traffic, to running events and supporting our creator ecosystem, to helping manage our community discord.
• This is our first role dedicated to social & community, so you’ll have a large impact on the business, shaping how we do things from scratch.
• Create short-form content around bloxd - ideate, record, edit.
• Work with our existing creator ecosystem to improve the quality and reach of their content.
• Establishing relationships and working with content creators not already in the bloxd community.
• Take ownership of our discord community alongside existing content & game creator relationships.
• Run community game events, incorporating existing bloxd content creators and those not already in the bloxd community.
• Above all, build our social playbook from the ground up: figure out what works, what drives results - and what doesn’t.

Requirements

• Experienced content creator, growing at least one channel to 20k+ subscribers or acquiring millions of views.
• Excellent at creating on-trend, on-target short-form content, yet still proficient at creating a range of formats - including image-based and long-form content.
• Some experience managing communities.
• Excited about the opportunity to shape our social strategy; try things, learn from the numbers, and lean into what drives growth.
