Job Summary

Own the social content engine across paid and organic, coordinating with Media and Comms to deliver assets and campaigns that move product, events, and member-led opportunities, while staying ahead of platform changes and AI tools.

  • Campaign production: plan, create, and optimise paid and organic content with brand-aligned visuals.
  • Cross-team ownership: collaborate with Media, Strategic Comms, Marketing and Public Affairs to refine performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • create and deliver a content plan aligned with the broader social media and communities strategy, ensuring it supports business goals and objectives
  • plan and produce content for both paid and organic campaigns, as well as day-to-day activity
  • engage a diverse range of audiences across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • liaise with colleagues across Media, Strategic Comms, Marketing and Public Affairs
  • stay up to date with the latest social media platform updates, social listening tools, and AI technologies to refine and improve performance
  • create, manage, and optimise paid campaigns that promote products, events, and member-led opportunities
  • create engaging and impactful visual assets, including graphics and videos, in line with brand guidelines
  • develop assets natively within social platforms and via design/editing tools to maintain high creativity and consistency
