Own end-to-end social content creation and leadership across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, including shooting, editing, posting, and repurposing podcast content; drive community engagement and cross-team planning for timely, high-quality social outputs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create engaging content tailored to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts in line with the Social Strategy
Repurpose long-form podcast content into engaging short-form social assets.
Work with the team to plan and schedule posts (including writing copy for captions)
Community management of social channels (IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

Requirements

Strong portfolio of high quality social-first content.
Confident owning end to end social: shoot, edit, post.
Experience using Sony FX7 or similar professional camera systems.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
Highly experienced with community management on all major social platforms.
Created content for premium, luxury or culturally relevant brands.
Strong understanding of storytelling and audience engagement.
Experience working with talent and contributors.
