Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of our organic social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Create, film and edit engaging social-first content including Reels, TikToks, product education, Founder content and behind-the-scenes
• Plan, schedule and publish content across our platforms
• Bring our key brand stories to life – from the sea, minerals and ingredients to skin and scalp solutions, real results and our 40+ year heritage
• Stay close to trends, emerging formats and opportunities relevant to the brand
• Repurpose content effectively across different channels
• Build an engaged community around Sea Magik
• Manage comments and messages in our brand tone of voice
• Use customer conversations, questions and feedback to inspire content
• Source and encourage customer stories, testimonials and UGC

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing
• Confident filming and editing short-form video
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and social trends
• A great visual eye and strong written communication
• Creative, proactive and full of ideas
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Comfortable appearing in content occasionally
• Commercially aware and interested in what content actually performs
• Experience in beauty, skincare, haircare or wellness is a plus.
