Job Summary

Own guest experience across live events and brand engagement, focusing on consistent messaging and visitor satisfaction while coordinating day-of operations and light admin support.

  • Experience & Brand Engagement: Ensure every visitor experience encounters brand messaging and a positive experience across event touchpoints.
  • Operations Ownership: Run event day shifts 1pm-9pm at Utilita Arena and manage on-site logistics and staffing.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the running of the experience, ensuring that all brand communicators engage with visitors and provide them with a positive experience and relevant brand information.
  • Manage Event Day Shifts and associated operations (1pm – 9pm) at Utilita Arena - Birmingham.
  • Handle weekly admin tasks (remote / onsite) – 5 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Fixed Term Contract - 6 months August - January TBC - Maternity cover
  • Must be available for the below dates: 2/3 training days w/c 10th August - Utilita Arena Event Days: 19th August, 5th, 11th, 12th, 22nd, 25th, 29th September, 10th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 20th, 23rd, 25th, 26th, 28th, 30th October, 1st, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th, 11th, 13th, 15th, 20th, 21st, 28th November, 2nd, 5th, 9th, 10th, 12th, 18th December, 16th January
