Own and drive the SEO program for multiple agency accounts, spanning technical audits, keyword strategy, on-page optimization, content planning, and link-building, while leading client relationships and team development to deliver measurable search growth.

Strategic Ownership: Own SEO roadmaps, audits, and optimization cycles across key client accounts.
Delivery & Education: Lead reporting, education, and innovation to elevate the agency’s SEO capabilities.

Responsibilities

Support on the delivery of strategy across key accounts within the agency
Ownership of accounts within the SEO team
Technical optimisations and audits
Keyword strategy
On-page optimisations
Content planning
Planning and measurement of link acquisition & outreach strategies
Client communication and relationship building
Reporting
Team management, training and development

Requirements

5+ years of hands on SEO experience
Proven ability to implement successful SEO campaigns in a number of verticals
Experience in identifying and resolving technical SEO issues
Proactive and lateral thinker
Hands on in approach
Methodical in planning
Fanatical about detail and analytical in approach
Enthusiastic team player
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS (Additionally experience in other programming languages would be desirable)
