Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies for clients
• Own and drive organic performance end to end
• Run website audits, backlink analysis and keyword research
• Build business cases and forecasts
• Present strategies, roadmaps and reports to clients
• Work with developers to ship recommendations
• Liaise with freelancers
• Stay ahead of trends and algorithm updates and share what you learn

Requirements

• Agency experience and strong command of SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush)
• Deep knowledge of SEO best practice and Google algorithms
• Experience with audits, backlink analysis and site migrations
• A clear communicator with technical and non-technical people
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Collaborative, positive, results-driven

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables)
• WordPress and Elementor
• Google Analytics certification
• SEO-friendly information architecture
