Responsibilities

• Lead our recruitment marketing and employer branding activity.
• Create innovative campaigns to attract care, PBS, clinical and residential professionals.
• Develop campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, job platforms and other digital channels.
• Showcase our culture, career pathways, professional development and employee benefits.
• Develop relationships with universities, colleges and other recruitment pipelines.
• Improve our careers content and candidate journey.
• Use data to identify which campaigns generate applications and successful hires.
• Support, mentor and develop our existing in-house marketing people, providing expertise, ideas and creative direction.
• Help coordinate marketing plans, content and campaigns.
• Support wider marketing of Skybound's Community, Residential, Respite and Clinical services.

Requirements

• 3+ years' marketing experience.
• Strong digital and social media marketing skills.
• Experience in recruitment marketing and/or employer branding.
• Experience running and evaluating paid campaigns.
• Excellent copywriting and content skills.
• Confidence using marketing data to improve results.
• A collaborative approach and experience supporting or mentoring others.

Preferred

• Experience within health, social care, education, recruitment or another people-focused sector would be advantageous.
