Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of ICAEW's cross-channel social media strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and international priorities.
• Lead the planning, launch and optimisation of major social media campaigns, driving measurable results and continuous improvement.
• Develop and embed social media policies, playbooks and governance frameworks to ensure consistency, compliance and best practice across all platforms.
• Define and monitor social media KPIs and performance, using data and insights to inform strategic decisions and future planning.
• Line manage and develop a team of two, providing coaching, performance management and supporting their ongoing development.
• Manage senior stakeholders and provide strategic direction across content, channels and emerging social media opportunities, working with external agencies where required.

Requirements

• Solid experience working within a busy digital marketing environment, with strong expertise across social media channels.
• Proven experience creating, developing and executing successful cross-channel social media strategies and plans.
• Demonstrable examples of growing audiences and delivering measurable improvements across engagement, reach and conversions.
• Strong and demonstrable line management experience, with experience coaching and developing team members.
• Strong knowledge of social media content, platforms, trends and algorithms, with experience using insights and performance data to optimise activity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting/editorial capability and the confidence to influence and manage senior stakeholders.
