Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the Planning Engine: - Lead development and maintenance of PVI's portfolio plan — coordinating inputs from Brand Management, ATL Media, Social, Programming, and Finance to produce an integrated marketing investment plan - Translate content strategy and business goals into investment decisions across countries, channels, and campaign types - Reconcile top-down investment guardrails with bottom-up media cost realities and title-level campaign needs - Manage country-level annual views for assigned geographies, serving as the single-threaded planning owner for international markets Drive In-Year Inspection & Optimization: - Own inspection mechanisms across the planning cycle — surfacing risks, flagging execution gaps, and recommending course corrections to senior leadership - Track spend against plan and coordinate quarterly guidance updates with PVI Strategy & Finance - Support portfolio laydown reviews, ensuring execution stays aligned to strategic intent Shape Title & Campaign Investment Strategy: - Lead strategic deep-dives developing planning principles for key release types that inform investment frameworks - Develop planning briefs drilling into title-specific campaign strategy for ATL and Brand teams - Partner with Brand and Studios to understand content strengths and risks, determining support levels across PVI - Partner with Performance Marketing to bridge paid media planning, audience strategy, and business outcomes Advance Cross-Functional Alignment & Communication: - Serve as the central point of contact for Brand Management across countries — ensuring clarity of campaign definition, timeline, and investment rationale - Collaborate with Social & Creators to improve integrated planning and reduce gaps in title-level visibility - Write and present high-quality documents translating complex planning trade-offs into clear strategic narratives - Develop scalable mechanisms and automated tooling that enable Planning and parallel functions to operate efficiently - Leverage content insights, customer data, learnings, and industry changes to identify and implement new marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
  • Experience in marketing or marketing research
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience with test and learn, marketing optimization, and experimentation
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

Preferred

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
