Job Summary

Own and drive a data-informed, end-to-end event marketing engine to maximize UNLEASH America’s attendance, leads, and revenue by shaping GTM strategy, leading digital campaigns, and aligning cross-functional partners.

Strategy & Campaign Leadership: Define and execute a go-to-market plan and digital campaigns (paid social, email, website, partnerships) to generate attendees and demand.
Data-Driven Optimization: Use analytics and A/B testing to improve CPC/CTR/conversions and optimize ROI across channels.

Responsibilities

Strategy Development and Execution – Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market plan for UNLEASH America, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on paid social, website, email marketing, and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate w group ith the marketing team to ensure campaigns are creative, effective, and data-driven.
AI & Data-Driven Approach – Utilise data analytics to inform and optimise marketing strategies, focusing on KPIs such as lead generation, attendee acquisition, and revenue growth.
Conduct A/B testing across digital platforms to continually refine marketing strategies.
Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, conversions) to ensure marketing efforts are delivering against targets.
Leverage AI in the execution and deliver of Marketing campaigns across verticals.
Partnership Management – Build and manage external partnerships to amplify event reach and impact.
Develop co-marketing initiatives with partners to expand brand visibility and drive mutual success.
Collaborate closely with the sales and commercial teams to ensure alignment on marketing and business objectives.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role within the events industry, with a proven track record of executing data-driven marketing strategies.
- Strong experience marketing events in America to the American Market.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels including paid social, email marketing, website optimisation, and partnership marketing.
- Proficient in data analytics, with the ability to track and report on marketing KPIs and make data-backed decisions.
- Strong experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets and drive growth through innovative marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Highly organised, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
