Job Summary

Own and shape marketing for a portfolio of retail clients, driving strategy, large cross-team campaigns, and high-visibility leadership while expanding accounts and delivering measurable impact.

  • Own client marketing strategy and day-to-day management for retail accounts across campaigns, budgets, and timelines.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery with in-house creative, social, PR, digital, and events to produce impactful campaigns.
  • Provide strategic recommendations from campaign insights to grow accounts and demonstrate business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing strategy and day-to-day management of our retail clients.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Build strong, long-lasting client relationships and become a trusted extension of their team.
  • Identify opportunities to add value for clients, grow accounts and support the continued success of the business.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines and objectives.
  • Present marketing strategies, creative ideas and campaign performance reports with confidence.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Work closely with our in-house creative, social media, PR, digital and events teams to deliver award-winning campaigns.
  • Attend client meetings, networking events and industry functions, representing Shoppertainment professionally.
  • Mentor and support junior team members where required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior marketing role.
  • B2C marketing experience, ideally within retail, shopping centres, leisure, hospitality, property or travel.
  • A confident, outgoing and bubbly personality who enjoys building genuine relationships.
  • Exceptional client management skills with the ability to influence and inspire confidence.
  • Commercial awareness and a natural ability to identify opportunities that benefit both clients and the wider business.
  • Creative, proactive and solutions-focused.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • A team player who isn't afraid to get stuck in, leads by example and make things happen.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
