Job Summary

Support defence and civil security initiatives by shaping product messaging, market insights, and go-to-market plans while coordinating with sales, regional teams, and engineering to bring Defence Digital offerings to market.

  • Own market and competitor analyses to inform strategy and messaging.
  • Drive cross-functional GTM and stakeholder alignment with sales, regions, and portfolio teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities with Sales and regional partners to expand market reach.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for military and civil defence customers to support campaigns and business development
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer analyses
  • Support portfolio management and program management on product roadmap definition
  • Identify new business opportunities together with the Sales team and the regional teams.
  • Develop marketing strategies and tactics to expand market reach and to grow the business
  • Lead go-to-market activities for new and existing Defence Digital products and solutions
  • Drive priorities based on company strategy and operational needs
  • Manage stakeholders in other functions and countries for the above activity areas (mainly sales, regional representatives, engineering, portfolio management, and communications)
  • Ensure relevant information and knowledge sharing with relevant stakeholders

Requirements

  • SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must have or be able to obtain UK SC Security Clearance.
  • Marketing, business, technical education and background
  • Experience in a role related to the defence industry
  • Experience in business development and strategic marketing
  • Leveraging different marketing channels: Content, Digital, and B2G
  • In-depth knowledge of Strategic & Market analysis
  • Leverage tools such as Salesforce, AI, and dashboards
  • Project management with a delivery mindset
