Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise listings across all major holiday rental platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and similar), ensuring maximum visibility and conversion
• Actively use platform tools and promotional features to increase enquiries and bookings
• Develop and manage paid and organic social media advertising campaigns
• Join relevant Facebook groups and online communities, engaging professionally with potential customers and travel audiences
• Re-engage existing clients through targeted outreach and marketing initiatives
• Proactively reach out to corporate groups, relocation companies, and business travel networks to generate longer-term and repeat bookings
• Monitor performance metrics, bookings data, and campaign results, adjusting strategies accordingly
• Ensure all marketing activity aligns with the Darcey Properties brand and property standards

Requirements

• Proven experience marketing holiday rental properties or serviced accommodation
• Strong working knowledge of all major holiday rental platforms and their promotional tools
• Demonstrable experience with social media advertising, particularly Facebook and Instagram
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage customers in online groups and direct conversations
• Experience re-engaging previous clients and building repeat business
• Ability to identify and approach corporate and group booking opportunities
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Understanding of Spanish leisure and corporate travel markets
