Responsibilities

• Integrated campaign project planning, delivery and evaluation (approx. 75% of role)
• With stakeholders, set metrics that help us hit annual channel, product and campaign targets
• Produce briefs for integrated activity, including campaign propositions, target audiences, audience insight, case study and content requirements, that enable us to hit targets
• Agree paid, earned, owned and shared media plans and ensure alignment with wider comms plans
• Produce content briefs enabling impactful and cost-effective asset development
• Overseeing content packs enabling platform, channel and product owners to self-serve impactful comms
• Ensure campaign reporting enables real-time optimisation, additional content production where needed, and meaningful end of campaign evaluations, so we can improve for future.
• Strategic marketing support (approx. 15% of role)
• Support fundraisers to write impactful briefs and propositions to enable effective delivery of non-integrated campaigns
• Devise comms planning tools, processes and mechanisms that enable decisions and delivery of multi-channel, multi-audience campaigns

Requirements

• Experience of working with audience personas and using audience insight to shape briefs
• Experience of developing integrated campaign propositions for multiple business objectives
• Knowledge of requirements of digital platforms and channels when running a marketing campaign with paid, owned and earned elements
• Experience of working on a broad campaign portfolio, and ensuring that details are accurately and impactfully communicated
• Experience of delivering campaigns that deliver brand objectives
• Experience of leading cross-functionally
• Experience in reviewing and producing creative briefs that deliver impactful photography, videography and other creative assets
• Knowledge of fundraising, ideally both high value and mass market, and ideally in an NHS or health context
