  • Own SEO analysis and performance reporting across sessions, revenue, web behavior, and competitors.
  • Coordinate cross-functional optimization of pages and new web assets with content, creative, and engineering teams.
  • Leverage LLM tracking and cross-channel signals to improve AI visibility and inform broader marketing actions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analysing search landscapes and ranking tools (Ahrefs, SEOMonitor) to find and act on ranking opportunities
  • Working with content, creative, and dev teams to optimise existing pages and launch new web assets
  • Owning reporting for the SEO and Content team — sessions, revenue, web behaviour, GSC, competitor analysis — and presenting clear, actionable findings to senior stakeholders
  • Ensuring SEO requirements are met across new pages, UX changes, and site launches
  • Investigating how other marketing channels (brand, PPC) interact with organic performance and feeding insights back to the wider team
  • Working with LLM tracking tools to discover how Uswitch shows up in AI visibility.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of analytical experience; we care more about what you've done than how long you've been doing it
  • Can own analysis end-to-end, from business question to insight, without handing off to data science or engineering
  • Able to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical marketing teams and senior stakeholders
  • Strong SQL (BigQuery)

Preferred

  • Marketing or SEO experience is a nice-to-have.
  • Python, Tableau, dbt or Git experience is a bonus

Benefits

  • 10% discretionary yearly bonus and yearly pay reviews (based on RVU and personal performance)
  • A hybrid working approach with 2 in-office days per week and up to 22 working days per year to “work from anywhere”
  • Employer-matching pension contributions up to 7.5%
  • A one-off £300 “work from home” budget to help contribute towards a great work environment at home
  • Excellent maternity, paternity, shared parental, and adoption leave policy, for those key moments in your life
  • 25 days holiday (increasing with years of employment to 30 days) + 2 days “my time” per year
  • Private medical cover, critical illness cover, and employee assistance programme
  • A healthy learning and training budget
  • Electric vehicle and cycle to work schemes
  • Free in-office gym, accessible 7 days a week
