Responsibilities - Own high-value, high-growth client relationships at a senior level - Develop winning paid media strategies and maintain executional excellence across a variety of channels, including Google Suite, Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and others. - Identify and drive upsell opportunities across Paid Media as well as any opportunities to expand or refer clients to other CEEK departments (content/influencer/SEO/organic performance/etc.). - Ensure all performance activity is tied directly to client goals, not vanity metrics, and we are reporting results in a way that adds value to the client - Lead client presentations, translating complex strategies into clear commercial outcomes - Contribute to driving top-line revenue growth across the agency by supporting our senior leadership team in pitches and strategy projects. - Adhere to operational policies regarding AI usage and data security - Drive operational excellence through consistent use of internal systems: ClickUp, Google Drive, Claude, Windsor AI, and Slack - Collaborate with Brand, Organic, and Content departments to ensure seamless cross-functional information sharing and holistic strategy. - Oversee the performance component of E-Matrix strategy projects as needed, ensuring best-in-class strategic outputs Requirements - Strong working knowledge of Paid Media, particularly Google and Meta, with demonstrable results - Proven experience managing high-value client relationships at a senior level, ideally in an agency environment - Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of how performance activity drives revenue - Experience presenting complex strategies to C-suite and senior stakeholders - Comfortable managing media budgets at scale and accountable for commercial outcomes Nice_to_have - Experience across additional platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, or LinkedIn - Exposure to AI-led search, AI Visibility, or emerging search trends - Experience working with fast-scaling DTC brands, luxury, hospitality, or retail clients - Experience using AI platforms in a way that amplifies expertise without seeking to replace it.
