Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build annual and quarterly digital growth plans aligned with revenue, margin and customer targets.
  • Translate forecasts into channel, audience, campaign and investment plans.
  • Balance short-term trading performance with sustainable customer and brand growth.
  • Identify opportunities and risks across acquisition, conversion, retention and customer value.
  • Own paid performance across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging channels.
  • Set budgets, KPIs and testing priorities and hold external agencies accountable.
  • Independently interrogate channel, audience, bidding and creative recommendations.
  • Detect deterioration, tracking discrepancies and forecast risk early.
  • Develop a structured test roadmap across audiences, creative, landing pages, offers and media mix.
  • Own the affiliate programme, partner recruitment, commission structures and commercial governance.

Requirements

  • Six or more years in growth, performance or digital marketing, ideally D2C beauty or wellness.
  • Evidence of delivering measurable, profitable e-commerce growth.
  • Strong Meta, Google, agency management, Shopify, GA4 and attribution capability.
  • Commercial understanding of margin, contribution, promotions and forecasting.
  • Able to connect media, website, CRM, sales and finance data and challenge received explanations.
