Title: Senior Ecommerce Analyst (FTC)

Department: Ecommerce

Reports to: Director of Ecommerce

About us

Jimmy Choo is a pioneering, luxury accessories house. Established in 1996, the brand originated as an East London atelier, specialising in hand-crafted shoes; today it’s a global powerhouse with artisanal craft at its heart and an aesthetic grounded in modern glamour.

This is a unique opportunity to be the foundational member of our ecommerce team. Reporting directly to the Director of Ecommerce, you will play a critical role in building our reporting and analytics capabilities from the ground up. Your work will focus on commercial performance, helping teams make smarter, data-driven decisions about product, performance, and strategy. If you love transforming complex data into beautiful, automated, and actionable dashboards, this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build & Automate: Design, develop, and maintain powerful and intuitive dashboards in Power BI & Excel to track key business KPIs (e.g., sales, stock, views, engagement, customer LTV).
  • Be the Data Guru: Act as the go-to person for performance reporting, ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and easily accessible to stakeholders.
  • Dig Deep: Use SQL and Python to query our data warehouse, joining complex datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and the "why" behind numbers.
  • Drive Efficiency: Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes, freeing up time for deeper, more impactful analysis.
  • Translate & Communicate: Work with stakeholders in Trading, Planning, Content, Marketing and Finance to understand their challenges and translate business questions into analytical projects.
  • Assist Trade team with annual planning and forecasting. Work with finance to submit budgeting.

What You'll Bring

Essential:

  • 5+ years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including building data models, writing complex DAX measures, and using Power Query for ETL.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.
  • Experience using Python (pandas, NumPy) for data analysis and automation.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for data accuracy and visualisation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred:

  • Experience within an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, GA, ADE

Our values – creativity, openness and courage.
