Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end platform setup, activation, optimisation, and reporting for programmatic video and paid social across brand proposition and tactical campaigns.
- Respond to briefs in collaboration with internal planning teams, forecasting audience reach and recommending channel strategies to meet commercial goals.
- Build and manage ad-serving tags, trackers, and CM360 trafficking processes to ensure accurate performance measurement and conversion tracking.
- Design and run A/B tests and brand lift studies to strengthen channel insights and systematically improve campaign efficiency.
- Deliver weekly performance updates and post-campaign analysis, translating complex metrics into actionable learnings for key internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Direct expertise activating and optimising media via DV360, Meta, and TikTok within a high-growth consumer-facing or D2C brand.
- Strong knowledge of the display and video media ecosystem, including hands-on experience with CM360 trafficking and conversion tracking tools.
- Proven quantitative and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to synthesise complex data into actionable insights and structured reports.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a track record of building trust across internal teams, platform representatives, and external agencies.
- A self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
