Responsibilities

• Performance Marketing
• Own Paid Social strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other key acquisition channels.
• Support Paid Search activity across Google Ads.
• Continuously optimise campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA and customer acquisition.
• Manage media budgets and allocate spend efficiently across channels.
• Digital Growth
• Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Identify new acquisition opportunities and scalable growth channels.
• Support customer retention alongside CRM and wider marketing initiatives.
• Improve overall marketing performance through testing and experimentation.

Requirements

• Strong digital marketing background within eCommerce, retail or consumer brands.
• Proven experience delivering customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Hands-on expertise across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest etc.).
• Good understanding of Paid Search.
• Commercial understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC and LTV.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Shopify and advertising platforms.
• Experience working alongside creative teams to improve campaign performance.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.

Preferred

• Experience within a fast-growth DTC brand.
• Exposure to CRM platforms such as Klaviyo.
• Experience launching products or supporting major trading events.
• Familiarity with attribution and measurement platforms.
