Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and own campaigns across all multiple channels and platforms, optimising tactics and strategies to produce the best possible performance
  • Create media plans which demonstrate knowledge of your client account(s) and provide new testing ideas for further opportunities
  • Manage all operational work to launch a campaign from planning to set up to reporting
  • Own campaign execution & QA within the buying platforms, proactively troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Optimise campaign performance against forecasts, driving results for continued improvement and providing new ideas and solutions
  • Produce weekly client reports with a summary and insights of campaign performance and learnings, explaining actions you've taken and the impact on the campaign
  • Manage day to day contact with clients (calls and/or face-to-face) to ensure campaign planning and management is in-line with client expectations, providing feedback and data driven recommendations on how to achieve the best performance
  • Own the performance part of weekly calls, providing additional detail and background when needed
  • Train and coach Analysts to develop and grow within the team

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of hands-on in platform experience, specifically in either paid search or paid social, with additional experience across programmatic display or video being a plus.
  • A proven passion for digital media/advertising & technology
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong ability to create and build relationships
  • Experience in client and account management
  • Ability to multitask with great attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills, and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis and internet technologies
  • Enjoyment when working as part of a team
