Senior Corporate Communications Manager

Location: UK based role

Annual Salary: Up to ÂŁ50,000

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Are you a strategic communicator with a passion for shaping reputation and driving engagement?

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Corporate Communications Manager to lead our external communications strategy. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our external narratives, media relations, and public affairs, while ensuring seamless alignment with our internal communications and broader organizational priorities.

As a Senior Corporate Communications Manager, you will lead a small team to deliver impactful external campaigns and manage our public reputation. You will translate organizational priorities into cohesive short-to-medium-term plans, ensuring that our messaging is consistent, credible, and always on-brand.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing and executing external communications plans, coordinating across campaigns and media activity while adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Overseeing external content development, ensuring tone-of-voice consistency, and proactively managing reputational risks.
  • Working in close partnership with the Internal Communications team to align external and internal narratives, especially around major announcements and sensitive issues.
  • Managing delivery across press, digital, and partner-facing platforms, using data insights to tailor content to audience needs.
  • Using performance data, media coverage, and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate impact.
  • Advising senior stakeholders on external positioning and advocacy opportunities, serving as a trusted advisor within the organization.

  • Collaboration: A proactive partner who naturally bridges the gap between external reputation and internal culture.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience in Public Affairs/B2G activity and data-driven communications.
