Job Summary

Own integrated multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable ROI across digital and offline touchpoints, while shaping strategy with audience insights and competitor analysis.

  • Campaign Ownership: Plan and coordinate cross-channel campaigns with budget discipline and resource allocation.
  • Cross-Functional Delivery: Lead execution and analytics teams to optimise performance and ROI.
  • Strategy & Insights: Use market research and audience insights to inform strategy and identify cross-sell opportunities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Planning and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Collaborating with specialist execution and analytics teams to deliver high-performing campaigns
  • Using market research, audience insights and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analysing results and continuously optimising activity to maximise return on investment
  • Managing campaign budgets and ensuring effective use of marketing resources
  • Lead and develop a team of Campaign Managers (where applicable)

Requirements

  • Significant experience in developing and delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable results
  • Strong budget and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience creating compelling marketing content across a range of channels, particularly email marketing

Preferred

  • Experience leading and developing a team of Campaign Managers (desirable)
  • Experience identifying cross-selling opportunities and delivering joined-up marketing initiatives (desirable)
