Job Description

Responsibilities - Setting the vision - Define and deliver Jameson’s long‑term brand strategy, aligned to global direction but rooted firmly in UK culture - Lead the annual brand planning process, grounded in insight, market dynamics and competitive understanding - Develop and deliver best‑in‑class communication and activation plans — from ATL to digital, experiential and partnerships - Own agency relationships, briefing brilliantly and ensuring work lands with impact - Collaborate closely with Global Marketing to select, adapt and execute initiatives that genuinely move the needle - Track brand health and performance month‑by‑month, identifying risks and opportunities and taking confident, considered action - Work hand‑in‑hand with Commercial and Customer Marketing teams to ensure brand plans translate into commercial success - Commission and interpret category analysis and consumer research to deepen understanding and unlock growth opportunities - Spot white‑space opportunities — new ideas, new channels, new ways to connect — and turn them into action - Act as a true custodian of the Jameson brand, setting the standard for consistency, quality and creative stretch across every touchpoint - Lead the day‑to‑day running of the brand with confidence, clarity and pace, ensuring priorities are clear and delivery is strong - Line‑manage and develop an Assistant Brand Manager, providing direction, coaching and support to enable standout performance Requirements - Strong brand strategy experience, with proven impact at Senior Brand Manager level (or ready to step into it) - A consumer‑first mindset, grounded in insight and cultural understanding - Confidence working cross‑functionally and influencing senior stakeholders - Experience managing agencies and complex projects end‑to‑end - A balance of creativity and commercial thinking — you care about the idea and the impact - A growth mindset: curious, bold, open to learning and unafraid to challenge the status quo - Most importantly, you’ll bring energy, ownership and belief in the power of brands to create real connection.
