Responsibilities

  • You will play a vital role in leading and managing the delivery of campaigns for our clients on a daily basis. Alongside the Account Directors and Management Team, you will support in overseeing the work of teams and resource planning, team management and client communications
  • Working closely and collaboratively with our own account teams as well as clients across a range of accounts, creating and executing creative and innovative social strategies
  • Working closely with the Account Directors, you will lead the implementation of effective ways of working for client accounts. This includes managing client communication, briefings, and overseeing the Accounts Team
  • Building long-lasting relationship with clients, ensuring needs are being anticipated and met, feedback is being taken onboard by the team, and issues are escalated promptly. You will also work alongside the Account Director to identify opportunities for growth and development of your projects
  • Your role will involve overseeing our output to ensure it aligns with client objectives and our ongoing strategies for the accounts
  • You will oversee the reporting of our work back to clients, strategically articulating the results of our campaigns and content and drawing insights that can help us to make ongoing improvements to meet and exceed KPIs
  • On projects where Influencer work is involved, you will take an active role in coordinating the activity including identifying, proposing, briefing and liaising with the creators and the clients to ensure the campaign needs are met
  • You will line manage 1-2 junior members of the team, providing guidance and support regarding day-to-day service delivery, as well as nurturing and developing their skills and potential within the agency
  • Working closely and collaboratively with members of the wider agency team, outside of designated accounts and projects and provide senior leadership support as needed
  • Provide support on new business pitches and proposals
