Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Delivering end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns that meet the client brief and expectations, suit the target audience and achieve agreed objectives and KPIs.
  • Developing appropriate measurement frameworks, monitoring performance and reporting against clearly defined metrics, with the ability to interpret results and adapt activity to improve outcomes.
  • Applying a strong understanding of student brand ambassador programmes to their planning, activation, management and evaluation.
  • Working effectively with global teams and markets, including developing, adapting and deploying clear, practical toolkits that enable consistent campaign delivery across regions.
  • Responding promptly and effectively to market requests, balancing local needs with global strategy, timelines, budgets and brand guidelines.
  • Planning and organising client and internal conferences, regional summits and related meetings and events.
  • Managing campaign budgets and ensuring the retention, profitability and growth of client accounts.
  • Managing the work, performance and professional development of junior team members, ensuring Directors are aware of areas of improvement and success.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow current client accounts and developing and converting new business opportunities with existing and prospective agency clients, including producing proposals and pitch responses to secure additional revenue.
  • Managing finances accurately, ensuring client accounts meet profitability and growth targets and all client- and agency-specific financial reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • A minimum of four years’ experience in a client services role, ideally within an experiential, event-based or social agency.
  • Strong understanding of student brand ambassador programmes, ideally including their recruitment, training, activation and performance measurement.
  • Experience working with global teams and multiple markets, including creating and deploying toolkits for consistent regional or local implementation.
  • Strong understanding of campaign measurement and reporting metrics, with experience setting KPIs, analysing performance and turning results into clear recommendations.
  • Experience responding to market requests and coordinating stakeholders across different regions, priorities and time zones.
  • Experience organising conferences, regional summits and other multi-stakeholder meetings or events.
  • Experience with multi-channel briefs, linking digital and physical activity to improve campaign performance and working on cross-agency projects.
  • Experience managing and developing a team to achieve the best results.
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with alcohol brands is preferred but not essential. Candidates must be comfortable working on alcohol-brand accounts and in alcohol-led environments, including licensed venues, events and activations.
