Job Summary

Own end-to-end technical SEO delivery for ecommerce clients, turning audits, content changes, and data into actionable improvements across Shopify stores, while coordinating with design/dev and reporting outcomes to clients.

Own day-to-day technical health and crawl issues, redirects, and schema across client portfolio.
Collaborate with Shopify developers to deploy SEO improvements cleanly into live stores and support migrations.
Translate performance data from GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, and AI tooling into prioritized optimizations and content roadmaps.

Job Description

Responsibilities

End-to-end delivery of client SEO roadmaps, from technical fixes through content rollouts and reporting
Running technical audits and diagnosing crawl, indexation, schema, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals issues
Executing on-page optimisation across product pages, collection pages, and blogcontent on Shopify
Conducting keyword research, SERP analysis, and competitor gap analysis to shape content roadmaps
Monitoring performance across Google Search Console, GA4, Peec AI, and Ahrefs, and turning data into clear actions
Coordinating with internal contributors (development and design) to keep the SEO engine moving
Reporting back to the Senior SEO Strategist and clients on what's working, what isn't, and what to do about it
Own day-to-day technical health across your client portfolio — crawl issues, redirects, schema, page speed
Work with our Shopify developers to ship technical SEO improvements cleanly into live stores
Support with SEO migrations alongside the wider team when clients replatform, restructure, or relaunch

Requirements

2 years of SEO experience within a digital agency or ecommerce environment
Strong execution skills across on-page and content optimisation
Confident with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs (or SEMrush/Sistrix), and Screaming Frog
Solid grasp of technical SEO fundamentals: crawling, indexing, site architecture, schema, page speed
Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem, or a strong appetite to get deep into it fast
Curious about how AI is reshaping search and keen to develop your GEO skill set
Organised and self-directed — able to take direction from the Senior SEO Strategist and turn it into delivery without close supervision
Commercially aware — understands that SEO exists to drive pipeline and revenue, not vanity rankings
Comfortable in a fast-growing, ambitious agency environment
