Job Summary

Own regional media investment and channel mix, using econometrics and profiling to lift performance; shape content journeys across regional sites, SEO and paid touchpoints; and lead influencer-based social execution with direct people management and clear reporting.

  • Media Planning & Investment: Own regional budgets, channel mix and cross-country ROI.
  • Content & Journeys: Align regional websites, SEO activity and paid touchpoints into a cohesive customer path.
  • People & Reporting: Manage Regional Content Creator and Regional Stylist while turning data into team-ready insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead on how we plan and invest in media across channels, budgets and regions.
  • Using insight, econometrics and customer profiling, shape a smarter channel mix and lift campaign performance.
  • Help craft the content and customer journeys across regional websites, SEO activity and paid channels, ensuring touchpoints feel connected and purposeful.
  • Guide the regional social strategy; building meaningful influencer partnerships and ensuring centres deliver consistently high-quality execution.
  • Clear, actionable reporting turning performance data into insights for teams to utilise.
  • Directly manage our Regional Content Creator and Regional Stylist, helping them grow while keeping creative output strong and aligned.
Requirements
  • Strong cross-media experience, especially digital, content, social and influencers.
  • Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders and simplify complexity.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Collaborative, inclusive working style.
Nice to have
  • Experience of using Photoshop is a plus
