• Build & Grow Your Desk: Develop a new and expanding market within Marketing & Creative

• Business Development: Win new clients across Bristol & the South West

• Full 360 Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process

• Candidate Sourcing: Attract and engage high-quality marketing & creative professionals

• Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates

• Collaborate: Work closely with a high-performing consultant to maximise regional opportunities

• Experienced recruiters (any sector welcome – commercial, tech or professional services backgrounds ideal)
