Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and major enhancements.
  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with scientific and commercial audiences.
  • Create integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, partner and sales channels.
  • Equip our Sales teams with high-impact presentations, case studies, product collateral and launch materials.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to strengthen our commercial positioning.
  • Work closely with Product Management to influence product strategy through customer and market intelligence.
  • Measure campaign performance, optimise activity and demonstrate commercial impact.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure strong return on investment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to deliver successful launches.

Requirements

  • You'll bring experience in product marketing within pharmaceuticals, biopharma, life sciences or another technical B2B environment and enjoy working where commercial thinking meets strategic marketing.
  • Proven experience leading product marketing or go-to-market initiatives.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills, particularly for technical or scientific audiences.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to translate marketing activity into business growth.
  • Experience working closely with Product and Sales teams.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence influencing stakeholders across different functions.
  • An entrepreneurial approach and a passion for delivering measurable results.

Preferred

  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, analytics software or SaaS products would be an advantage but isn't essential.
