Job Description

Product Growth Lead — Tax Technology

📍 UK | Big 4 / Global Professional Services

One of the world's leading professional services firms is hiring a Sales & Growth lead for their Tax Technology team — a leadership role at the front of how tax services get transformed through SaaS and platform-led delivery.

You'll be:

  • Managing and prioritising a portfolio of SaaS client engagements — driving new revenue, building long-term relationships
  • The technology lead on client pitches — demos, commercial approach, onboarding
  • Working directly with product to shape the platform roadmap
  • Building relationships across Tax & Law stakeholders to develop new tech-enabled solutions
  • Leading within the team — coaching, resourcing, prioritisation

What they're looking for:

  • Background in tax/finance consultancy or technology consultancy
  • Proven track record managing client engagements end-to-end, from opportunity through to delivery
  • Genuinely excited by tech's potential to transform tax services
  • Comfortable prioritising in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
  • Strong stakeholder communication across all level

This is a rare one — a genuine leadership seat inside a market-leading tax technology function, not just an execution role.
