Job Summary

Own the in-store customer- CRM data integrity and actionability, coordinating between store teams, training sales staff, and launching CRM-driven activities that tie to events and VOCE feedback.

  • CRM Operations: maintain data accuracy, build lists, and generate store-facing reports that drive local campaigns.
  • Performance & Training: analyze KPIs, run in-store CRM trainings, and support action plans linked to event calendars and customer feedback.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate customer data in store systems and validate data quality.
  • Review SA performance and provide SM with an overview and strategy across KPIs (CRM KPIs, iPhone interaction results, CRM activity results).
  • Launch and monitor new CRM system/function in store.
  • Coordinate with local Retail team and communicate updates.
  • System/function enhancements and generate/assist interpretation of reports in store.
  • Manage customer lists and ensure strategized local marketing activities.
  • Assist SM to setup in-store CRM action plans considering the event calendar and business environment.
  • Conduct regular CRM training with the sales team.
  • Support SM in VOCE Project activities focusing on store feedback collection and customer follow-up actions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM, including a strong understanding of KPIs.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently towards objectives.
  • Demonstrated training and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
