Responsibilities

Cycle Compression: Your primary KPI is the speed of experimentation. Your goal is to move from "Idea" to "Live Market Test".
High-Volume Creative Testing: Build and manage a system that launches 20-50 creative variations per week. You will use AI to "version" messaging for different construction trades (Roofing, Solar, HVAC) automatically.
Programmatic SEO & Content: Architect a system that uses AI to dominate the construction narrative, generating high-authority technical content that positions SubcontractorHub as the category leader.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Use AI-driven tools to dynamically change landing page copy and layout based on the lead's source and persona.
Founder-Led Growth: Partner with the CEO and COO to automate and scale his thought leadership and presence across key industry channels.
