Job Summary

Own the paid media engine and conversion funnel for a multi-platform growth program, with clear ownership of budgets, lead quality, and CAC to drive scalable acquisition.

Paid media management: own campaigns across Meta, X, Google Ads and TikTok and translate data into channel strategy.
Funnel optimization: review landing pages and journeys to lift conversion rates and reduce friction.
Reporting and optimization: produce actionable insights and present to senior stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Paid Media Management - Managing and optimising campaigns across Meta, X, Google Ads and TikTok
Owning campaign performance, budgets and channel strategy
Identifying opportunities to improve lead quality, CPA and conversion rates
Scaling successful campaigns whilst maintaining efficiency
Monitoring performance and making data-driven decisions
Creative Testing & Optimisation - Working closely with internal teams and external agencies to develop and test new creative concepts
Testing hooks, messaging, offers and formats
Identifying winning creatives and scaling performance
Contributing ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition
Funnel & Conversion Optimisation - Reviewing landing pages and customer journeys
Identifying friction points and opportunities to improve conversion rates
Supporting updates to landing pages and website content
Working across the full acquisition funnel rather than purely media buying
Reporting & Analysis - Producing performance reports and actionable insights
Monitoring key metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rates
Presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Using data to drive continuous improvement
