Job Summary
Own end-to-end paid acquisition across search and social, balancing high-budget campaigns with data-driven optimization and cross-functional collaboration to scale B2C growth.
- Own large-scale campaigns across Google/Bing and Meta Ads, driving CAC/LTV optimization and cross-channel experimentation.
- Coordinate tracking, analytics, and documentation to ensure reliable attribution and scalable execution.
- Collaborate with the international team to align local execution with broader growth strategy and lead B2C activity growth.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing high-budget paid acquisition campaigns
- Comfortable working across different channels and adapting quickly to new environments
- Strong understanding of B2C funnels, digital acquisition, and data-driven decision-making
- Analytical mindset with solid testing methodology
- High level of autonomy, reliability, and organisational maturity
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable combining marketing execution with operational responsibility
- Based in the UK, ideally with knowledge of the local market
