Job Summary

Own and evolve the measurement driven paid media program, aligning tracking, analytics, and AI-enabled search experiences to lift ROI across channels.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Define and own digital tracking frameworks and tagging with GA4, GSC, and GTM.
  • Performance Analytics: Analyze cross-channel campaigns and ROI, turning data into concrete optimisations.
  • Cross-Team Execution: Align paid activity with on-site UX and SEO, report to stakeholders, and scale with global training.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Defining and implementing digital tracking frameworks
  • Analyzing campaign performance across channels, including PPC, display, search and paid/organic social
  • Using data and insights to continuously optimise campaigns and improve ROI
  • Monitoring website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and reporting on trends and lead acquisition
  • Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports for stakeholders
  • Working closely with website and organic teams to ensure alignment between paid activity, on-site experience and SEO performance, driving a cohesive and integrated digital strategy across all channels
  • Collaborating with the wider marketing team to align digital activity with overall business goals
  • Supporting and training global counterparts as the programme expands
  • Managing tags and tracking via tools such as GA4, GSC and GTM
  • Evolving paid media strategies to align with AI-driven search experiences, including Google Gemini and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO)

Requirements

  • experience in digital marketing, lead generation or marketing analytics
  • confident working with data, turning insights into actionable improvements
  • strong knowledge of digital channels and performance marketing
  • experience with tools such as GA4, GSC and GTM
  • experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and lead management tools
  • strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • confident communicator, able to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders
  • self-motivated, organised and able to manage multiple priorities
