Job Description

Own paid media performance across client accounts with a Growth Team, guiding multiple channels while delivering monthly insights and client-ready recommendations.

  • Responsibilities: Lead performance optimisations across key client accounts and direct the Growth Team into paid media improvements.
  • Responsibilities: Work across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, YouTube and LinkedIn to drive results.
  • Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Performance Director to deliver insights and recommendations through monthly client presentations.
  • Responsibilities: Develop campaign briefs to ensure high standards of execution.
  • Responsibilities: Lead internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Responsibilities: Lead testing and experimentation, using insights to fuel testing agendas and present results to teams and clients.
  • Responsibilities: Be a knowledge base for paid media and how strategies contribute to pipeline performance.
  • Responsibilities: Maintain output quality across all campaigns under management.
  • Requirements: Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Requirements: Solid understanding of optimising media campaigns based on full funnel reporting for B2B, from platform conversions through revenue and in-between stages.
  • Requirements: Hands on experience planning and running multiple paid campaigns.
  • Requirements: Channel experience mainly in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Requirements: Strong quality control expertise.
  • Requirements: Driven mindset, flexibility and a get-stuck-in approach.
  • Requirements: Effectively manage time.
  • Requirements: Ability to form working relationships with internal teams.
  • Requirements: Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Requirements: Project management skills.
  • Requirements: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Nice-to-have: Ideally you’ll have experience in running demand generation strategies with large budgets across multiple regions and languages.
  • Benefits: Salary range – £35k- £45k
  • Benefits: 10% annual bonus paid as 2.5% per quarter if targets are hit.
