Job Description

Own partner acquisition and growth marketing strategy, with clear accountability for lead, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
Identify, acquire, and nurture high-quality SaaS and software platform partner prospects aligned to the IPP.
Design and execute digital-first, inbound-led demand generation campaigns across paid, organic, social, content, events, webinars, and advocacy channels.
Proactively identify new growth opportunities, channels, and campaigns to drive scalable partner acquisition.
Build and optimise lead nurture programs that move prospects through the full funnel from awareness to onboarding.
Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new partners, including launch campaigns and joint marketing initiatives.
Align marketing programs closely with Sales and Partner teams to improve lead quality, conversion, and pipeline velocity.
Track, analyse, and report on performance against targets, using data and insights to continuously optimise results.
Act as a trusted growth partner to internal stakeholders, building confidence in marketing’s role in achieving commercial goals.
Collaborate with global marketing, product, and partner teams to leverage best practices, content, and campaigns.
