Job Summary

Own social content operations for a cybersecurity-focused B2B audience, translating blogs, white papers, and campaigns into timely posts while coordinating calendars, advocacy, and event promotion to drive measurable engagement.

  • Content Production: Draft posts from blogs, papers, and assets in a clear, editorial voice for technical audiences.
  • Publish & Calendar: Format, schedule, and publish on LinkedIn/X with Sprout Social; maintain the content calendar and track campaigns.
  • Advocacy & Events: Support employee advocacy and event promotion, monitoring performance signals and flagging notable trends.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Draft social posts based on blogs, white papers, campaign assets, and marketing initiatives
  • Format, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn and X using Sprout Social
  • Support employee advocacy efforts through post variations, platform uploads, and weekly amplification emails
  • Manage and maintain the social content calendar
  • Support event promotion before, during, and after events
  • Track scheduled and published content across campaigns
  • Pull baseline social metrics and flag notable performance trends
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B social media, preferably within cybersecurity or another technical industry
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to match an editorial tone
  • Experience managing publishing workflows and content calendars
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Sprout Social
  • Comfortable working independently within established direction and frameworks
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
  • Finalists may be asked to complete a short writing exercise as part of the interview process.
