Job Summary

Own the paid social program’s day-to-day execution and optimization, including testing roadmaps, reporting to stakeholders, and coordinating messaging with creative and insights to drive performance across channels.

  • Campaign execution & data-led optimization across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and similar platforms.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with creative and insights teams to align assets, targeting, and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute testing roadmaps, including creative, audience, and bidding experiments.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Support in the day-to-day execution, optimisation and reporting of paid social across the funnel.
  • Creative Insights & Reporting: Own the creative insights and reporting to a variety of stakeholders across the marketing org.
  • Testing Roadmaps: Assist in the development and own the execution of testing roadmaps across paid social channels, contributing ideas for creative, audience and bidding experiments.
  • Messaging Alignment: Work closely with our creative and insights teams to align messaging and targeting strategies with campaign and business objectives.
  • Creative Briefs & UGC: Support the creation of creative briefs, including briefing and coordinating UGC assets for paid media campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance, flagging key trends and making data-led optimisations to maximise a range of KPIs.
  • Partner Relationships: Help maintain and improve relationships with platform and agency partners.
  • Platform Updates & Tools: Stay up to date with platform updates, new targeting capabilities and emerging tools to keep our paid social programs ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing paid social activity on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of performance KPIs and optimisation techniques across paid social
  • Confident analysing campaign data and reporting on performance, with solid skills in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualisation tools
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Strong communicator, comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners

Preferred

  • Experience working within a retail, e-commerce, or marketplace environment
  • Previous experience on app first business with MMP knowledge
