Responsibilities

• Managing online advertising campaigns from start to finish
• Developing and presenting solutions to clients across key paid media platforms
• Nurturing a team member and supporting their professional development
• Using ongoing data analysis to improve campaign performance and inform strategy
• Analysing campaign performance and communicating results to clients
• Managing one or more team members, or leading a specialist area at Bind Media
• Proactively growing your paid media knowledge and understanding for you and your colleagues

Requirements

• Please note this is a hybrid role, and we are currently unable to provide or support sponsorship. Therefore, we can only accept applications from candidates who have an ongoing, independent right to work in the UK.
• Working as a Paid Media Manager or in a similar role
• Experience managing, training or mentoring people
• Hands-on experience owning activity across paid media platforms
• Proficient in analysing data and confidently reporting results
• Experienced in building and nurturing client relationships
• Ability to prioritise tasks across several clients and delegate work where necessary
