Job Description

Own the day to day of running and optimizing paid campaigns for lead generation across Meta and Google, with a focus on structured planning, budget discipline and measurable impact.

Campaign setup and management across Meta Ads and Google Ads
Planning fundamentals: audience targeting, budget allocation, offer positioning, and funnel structure
Tracking and optimization: CPL, conversion rates, ROAS, and A/B testing of creatives, copy, and audiences
Collaboration to improve lead quality and reporting for client updates
