Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of our media office and content production workflow
Oversee and optimize two active YouTube channels (strategy, scheduling, analytics, growth)
Lead our Instagram presence and build a strong TikTok channel from the ground up
Directly manage and mentor 1 full-time video editor
Collaborate on content ideas, shoots, and editing to maintain high-quality, engaging motorcycle and motorsports content
Track performance metrics and continuously improve reach and engagement
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and objectives
Maintain strict confidentiality (NDA required)

Requirements

Proven management experience – you must have successfully led people and projects
Extremely self-sufficient and motivated – able to run the media department with minimal supervision
Strong passion for motorcycles and motorsports (this is non-negotiable – you should genuinely love the industry)
Experience creating and managing content for YouTube, Instagram, and ideally TikTok
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Highly organized with strong project management abilities
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Must be willing to sign both an NDA and Non-Compete Agreement
On-site position in Miami, FL – no remote or hybrid options
Full-time commitment (40 hours/week)
