Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, schools, community organizations, and event coordinators.
Coordinate and execute bakery events, pop-ups, fundraisers, tastings, and community partnerships.
Represent the bakery professionally and enthusiastically at off-site events.
Create a welcoming and memorable experience for guests at every event.
Partner with the Bakery Manager to develop event strategies that support sales and revenue goals.
Assist with event planning, including scheduling, product needs, supplies, transportation, setup, and breakdown.
Promote bakery products, promotions, Bundtastic Rewards, catering, and other sales opportunities.
Follow up with businesses and event contacts to develop repeat business and future opportunities.
Track event results, leads, sales opportunities, and follow-up activities.

Requirements

Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable speaking with businesses, community leaders, and large groups of people.
Creative thinker who enjoys finding new opportunities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for events.
Previous sales, marketing, event planning, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to local events as needed.
