Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content Creation
• Manage the company's social media accounts on a day-to-day basis
• Develop and implement a social media content strategy
• Plan and maintain a content calendar
• Create engaging posts, images, graphics and short-form videos
• Photograph and film products, manufacturing processes and the workplace
• Edit photographs and videos for social media and digital marketing
• Develop creative ideas for campaigns and new content
• Schedule and publish content across relevant platforms
• Monitor engagement, reach and other social media analytics

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or media production.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and current content trends
• Experience creating engaging written and visual content
• Experience with photography and videography
• Experience with video editing
• Experience creating short-form video content such as Reels, TikToks or Shorts
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar software
• Good understanding of branding and visual presentation
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills

Preferred

• Experience with podcast production would be highly desirable
• The ideal candidate will have: Previous professional experience managing social media accounts
